The Meetings detail pane is available from the Forecast Schedule View, Meetings tab..
The detail pane provides details about scheduled meetings. Meetings can add substantial cost to a project, which can easily be buried in communication cost and effort in Teamport and lost in attempts to capture meeting time and effort through estimates in other project schedulers. In the example below, changing the meeting could free up over $200,000 from the project budget.
The Overview area gives basic information about the frequency and duration of a meeting, its location, type, and costs.
Cost per meeting is the sum of each team's time cost to attend the meeting (the whole team attends). Travel cost is configured when locations are set up.
The Attendees table breaks down cost and other information about each team in attendance.
