Notes fields are for adding annotations to individual elements. Notes are not required.

Notes are only accessible from the element's detail pane.

To view and edit notes:

1. Select the element
2. Open the detail pane
3. Select the Notes tab in the detail pane
4. To edit notes, select the Edit button, select the Done button when finished

Note: Notes do not yet support links, embedded pictures, or attached files
